Shincheonji Bible: Justice for All

In a time where the world is witnessing such injustice, there is a desperation for the world to recognize the need for justice that much more.

There are events of people dying and there are events of people suffering because of the lack of justice in this world. All the injustices in this world are not always resolved with justice. In fact with a lot of corruption everywhere, it is hard to say that justice prevails. This is why we need to act upon for a world of justice through our prayers and understanding what justice is according to the Bible.

Justice will come to the entire world one day just as God promises even in Eccl 3:17. God promises he will bring upon judgment for the wicked and the righteous for every deed. Knowing this, we must all realize that there will be a justice for all and act according to what God desires for this world. God tells His people in Hosea 12:6 that His people must return to Him and that they must wait for God always while maintaining love and justice. Once we do this, God promises that justice will be done and it will bring joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers in Proverbs 21:15.

Then how must we return to God? Is not returning to God possible only if we return to wanting to earnestly seek him? How can we be one with Him?

I hope the more desperate we become, the more we search for God who is able to resolve these things. God does not work alone, but He works through the people who share the same heart as Him. Let us help God. Amen.

Food Starting with the Egg

The Importance of Food
Every day we go about our lives never really thinking about the importance of food. However when you stop to look around and see the many types of food, we have to surely wonder what makes every food different. The answer is culture. Culture is the reason we have such a wide variety of food within our cities and towns. Some cities within the United States can have food ranging from Korean to Greek and even to Lebanese food. All foods are different, but the greatest thing about food is that it can be shared without a word. All we need to do is sit down at a table and share and within minutes you should see laughing with smiles all around. This is the beauty of food and I hope to introduce what food means to me.

The Egg
From a young boy, I was astonished by the cracking of an egg and how it transforms from translucent to solid white. It was intriguing to see such a perfect circle from the yolk and the vibrant yellow color. At this moment I knew food is just more than meets the eye. It reaches all subjects of art, science, and even culture. Think about it… Where are chickens raised? The answer is everywhere! Wherever chicken are there are eggs and wherever eggs are there must be some kind of food. For example, eggs in Korea are the perfect supplementation a bowl of Bibimbab and blends well within a Pollack soup. However in a different country such as Mexico, it can be used in Huevos Racheros which is a delicious combination of tortilla, egg and ahi (salsa). There are so many cultures of food and a food type such as egg is a perfect example.

As we continue in our journey, I hope to share the many amusements of food and how food can truly change the world!
