The Most Extraordinary Work First Starts Small

Shincheonji volunteers clean up the streets and sidewalks for a fresh walkway for the public

Shincheonji Volunteers have gone out to the city to start a work that many may see as a work that leaves no impact. However, Shincheonji Volunteers believe that every work starts small and the end result leaves an impact to the entire world. Shincheonji volunteers remove trash from the sidewalks, repaint poles that have been damaged, remove old postings and lastly, leave a smile on the faces of appreciative pedestrians who walk by.

A Shincheonji Volunteer said during volunteering that "Although this work may seem small and the efforts put in may go unrecognized, it leaves a lasting impression of happinessin the hearts of pedestrians who walk in sidewalks everyday." Another Shincheonji Volunteer said "if the sidewalks stay clean then the hearts of many people will surely remain clean as well." Through the individual volunteer efforts, the world is surely bound to change starting with the streets.
