The Word since the Beginning, Freedom, and Peace

What is the Word since the beginning?

 

The Word since the beginning is God, and all things were made through this Word. There was life in the Word from the beginning and this life shined light to the people. 

 

This Word of life is the seed of God (Lk 8:11). We have to be born again through God’s Word of life (1 Pt 1:23).

    

God’s son, Jesus, who was born with the seed of God, was also the Word since the beginning (1 Jn 1:1).

 

Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit (Jn 3:6).  One who is from the earth goes to the earth, and one who is from heaven goes to heaven. 

 

What we have to listen to and learn is not the knowledge of the world and its teachings, but we, Shincheonji have to listen, see, and learn the things from heaven. 

This is religion.

 

The Lord’s messenger testifies to what he has seen and heard from God and the fulfillment of the prophecy as he had been commanded.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
